For all the meat and potaoes guys and gals ;)
Ingredients
- 6 medium baking potatoes
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Directions
1. Bake potatoes at 375F for 60 minutes until tender. Allow to cool.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain.
3. Cut a thin slice off the top of each potato. Carefully scoop out pulp, leaving a thin shell; place pulp in a bowl. Add chilies, margarine, worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder and chili powder; mash or beat.
4. Stir in meat mixture until combined. Stuff into potato shells.
5. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes.
