Traditional culinary experience, cabbage soup is good for your diet.
Ingredients
- 18 oz sauerkraut
- 5 oz smoked sausage
- 1 oz dried mushrooms
- 1 tsp soup base
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup water
Directions
1. Wash the sauerkraut, sausage and mushrooms.
2. Put the sauerkraut, sausage and mushrooms in a large cooking pot and fill it up to two inches from the top. Add soup base.
3. Bring to boil, then continue cooking on low heat for about 30 minutes.
4. In a pan, heat the oil and add the flour, mixing until brown in color. Add paprika and pour in water. Stir until it boils, then add to soup.
5. Cook for 15 more minutes, adding salt to taste.
