Broccoli Cream Soup

Delicious broccoli cream soup. Healthy and delicious, what more could you ask for?
Ingredients
- 2 broccoli heads
- 1 small carrot
- 4 cups water
- 3 vegetable bouillon cubes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
1. Cut the broccoli and carrots to pieces. Place in large pot with 4 cups water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
2. Puree the broccoli and carrots in a food processor and transfer back to pot.
3. Add bouillon cubes, bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add cream, stir, season to taste.
