Chicken Broth

Delightful chicken broth for curing your ales.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken parts
- 2 medium onion, peeled
- 1 celery root, cleansed
- 3 celery stalks, washed
- 3 medium sized carrots, peeled
- 1 zucchini
- 2 small yams, peeled
- 6 cups water
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1/2 bunch dill
Directions
1. Add all ingredients but parsley and dill to a pot and bring to boil.
2. Simmer on low heat for 2 hours. Season to taste.
3. Add parsley and dill, and simmer for another 30 minutes.
