Chicken Broth

Delightful chicken broth for curing your ales.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken parts
  • 2 medium onion, peeled
  • 1 celery root, cleansed
  • 3 celery stalks, washed
  • 3 medium sized carrots, peeled
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 small yams, peeled
  • 6 cups water
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1/2 bunch dill

Directions

1. Add all ingredients but parsley and dill to a pot and bring to boil.

2. Simmer on low heat for 2 hours. Season to taste.

3. Add parsley and dill, and simmer for another 30 minutes.
