Noodle kugel

Kugel - the traditional jewish dish served on holiday dairy buffets or sabbath dinner. The vermicelli makes that a great kugel.

  • sugar, 1 cup
  • 1 heaping teaspoon black pepper
  • salt, 2 teaspoons
  • 12 oz. fine noodle uncooked

Directions

1. Preheat your oven 350 F

2. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan or bundt pan

3. Bring the water, margarine, pepper, salt,  and sugar to a boil

4. Turn off the heat.  Add the raw noodles

5. Stir and cover; let stand 12-15 minutes

6. Mix the eggs, oil, brown sugar and add to the noodle mixture

7. Recover the pot and let stand for 10-13 minutes

8. Pour mixture into prepared pan
