Alternative Kosher Spicy Tuna Sushi Roll

Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna fish
- Spicy Mayonnaise (or regular mayo with chilli powder to your taste)
- Hard-boiled egg (optional)
- Red Bell Pepper, cut to strips
- Sushi rice
- Nori
- Bamboo Mat
Directions
1. Prepare the Sushi Rice (recipe)2. Place a sheet of Nori on the mat, then top 3/4 of it with a 1/4" layer of rice.
3. Mix contents of can with 3 teaspoons of mayonnaise. Mash in hard-boiled egg.
3. Place the mat so that the bare Nori is farthest from you. Place fillings on the side closest to you.
4. Begin rolling. When you get to the end, brush some water on the bare Nori, then close the roll.
5. Use a sharp knife to cut into pieces no more than 1" thick.
