Kosher Alaska Sushi Roll

Ingredients
- Avocodo, cut to strips
- Cucumber, cut to strips
- Raw Salmon
- Sushi rice
- Nori
- Bamboo Mat
Directions
1. Prepare the Sushi Rice (recipe)2. Place a sheet of Nori on the mat, then top 3/4 of it with a 1/4" layer of rice.
3. Place the mat so that the bare Nori is farthest from you. Place fillings on the side closest to you.
4. Begin rolling. When you get to the end, brush some water on the bare Nori, then close the roll.
5. Use a sharp knife to cut into pieces no more than 1" thick.
6. Always remember to take care when dealing with raw fish and buy them sushi-grade from a reliable source!
