Salmon Burgers

Try this healthy burger.
Ingredients
For 12 burgers
- 1 large onion
- 2-3 stalks celery
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 large egg
- 12-15 ounces salmon (2 cans)
- salt & pepper, for taste
- chili pepper, if you want it spicy
Directions
1. Chop onion and cellery.
2. Drain the canned Salmon.
3. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
4. Shape into burgers.
5. Place on cooking dish.
6. Bake in oven at 350 deg. F for approximately 10 minutes on each side.
7. Burgers freeze very well.
