Cream Rolls with Chocolate Sauce

Cream RollsMichal from Israel sent us this tasty treat. Makes 10 rolls.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Filling

  • 1/3 cup whipping cream 32% or 38%
  • 5 gram vanilla sugar

Sauce

  • 32 gram dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup cooking cream 10% or 15%

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Prepare and grease a baking sheet.

2. Mix the dough ingredients. Use a teaspoon and "drop" the mix on the baking paper. Be sure to leave enough space, because these "cookies" spread.

3. Bake for 12 minutes.

4. When the "cookies" are ready, take each one and roll it to get a cylinder shape. Set aside to harden.

5. Prepare the filling by whipping the cream and adding vanilla sugar. Whip a bit more.

6. Insert the whipped cream into a piping bag and fill the rolls.

7. Prepare the sauce by melting chocolate and cream together in microwave.

8. Put rolls on a plate and pour sauce on top.
