Drunk Figs Filling

A little grappa adds a lot to this fig filling, great for cookies and cakes.
Ingredients
- 7 oz dried figs
- 1/4 cup grappa
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon flour
Directions
1. Soak figs in boiling water for half an hour.
2. Puree figs, add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
