Easy, homemade crepes

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
1. Whisk flour, eggs, milk and water together in a large bowl. Mix in salt and melted butter. Batter should be pretty thin. If it's too thick, add a little bit more butter until runny.
2. If you have a crepe maker, you probably know what to do....
If not, heat a frying pan to medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. When pan is warm, spoon out a ladle full of batter and pour into the middle of the pan. Pick up the pan by the handle and rotate until the batter runs to the very edges forming a thin layer batter over bottom of pan.
3. Let cook for about a minute to a minute and a half or until golden brown; flip and cook on the other side.
Fill crepe with your favorite filling such as yogurt, fruit or jams and enjoy!
