Breakfast Pita with Goat Cheese

A good way to get a healthy breakfast in only a few minutes. Plus, it's delicious.

Ingredients

 

  • One 100% Whole Wheat Pita
  • One egg plus one egg white
  • 2 T. skim milk
  • 1 oz soft goat chese
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions


1. Cut the pita in half so you have two pockets
2. Spread the goat cheese equally inside each pocket.
3. Beat the egg, egg white and milk together with a fork. Mix in salt and pepper as desired.
4. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and scramble the egg mixture.
5. Put half of the scrambled egg in each pita pocket and enjoy...!
