Mutton Makhmali Lal Tikka

Ingredients
- Mutton Minced 600 gms
- Ginger Paste 1/2 tbsp.
- Garlic Paste 1/2 tbsp.
- Raw Papaya paste 2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp.
- Mace powder 1/4 tsp
- Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp.
- Bengal gram 2 tsp.
- Chopped seeded Green chilis 1/2 tsp.
- Chopped Sultana Grapes 1/2 tsp.
- Coarsly Chopped Pistachios 1/2 tsp.
- Tomatoes (medium size) 12
- Chopped fresh Mint Leaves 1/4 tsp.
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Directions
1. Wash and drain the mince and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
2. Mix all the ingredients, except the oil with the refrigerated mince and refrigerate for another 30 mins.
3. Cut the Tomatoes from the sides and hollow out. Stuff the Mutton mixture into it and cut into 24 roundales.
4. Heat oil in a tava and shallow fry over low heat until both sides brown evenly.
5. Arrange on a plate sprinkle some chopped Mint leaves.
6. Serve hot with Mint Chutney and Laccha Salad.
